Terms
The terms on which NG Academy provides its registrations, programs, events and pages, including fees, conduct at club activities, photographs and video, and how these terms can change.
Example text, last updated 19 September 2026. It has not been adopted by NG Academy.
The document
This is a starting point written by Pitch Uno, not by NG Academy. NG Academy is responsible for the terms of service it publishes and has not yet replaced this text with its own wording. Read it as an example of what a policy of this kind usually covers, and ask NG Academy to confirm anything you are relying on.
NG Academy has not written its own terms yet, so the example below is shown instead. It is a general example of what terms usually cover and it is not NG Academy's own position. Ask the club to confirm anything you are relying on.
Section 1
These are the terms on which NG Academy provides its activities, registrations and pages through Pitch Uno. They apply to anyone who registers, pays, attends or uses any part of what NG Academy offers.
Where a particular program, event or competition publishes its own terms, those terms apply to that activity in addition to these. Where the two differ about the activity itself, the activity's own terms apply.
The version published on this page is the current one.
Section 2
Information given while registering should be accurate and kept up to date. NG Academy relies on it to place participants, to contact a family in an emergency and to meet its own obligations.
Section 3
A fee for a program, session, event or product is shown when it is booked or ordered, and that is the amount owed.
Card payments are processed by NG Academy through its own payment provider. NG Academy does not receive or store card details, and how payment information is handled is described in the club's privacy policy.
Section 4
Cancellations, withdrawals and refunds are covered by the club's refund policy, which forms part of these terms and is published alongside them on this website.
Section 5
Participants, families, coaches, volunteers, officials and spectators are expected to behave safely and considerately towards everyone at an activity.
NG Academy may set additional rules for a particular activity, venue or competition, and may pass on a requirement imposed by a league or a venue.
Section 6
Soccer is a physical sport and carries an inherent risk of injury. NG Academy takes reasonable care in how it runs its activities, arranges coaching and manages its venues. A participant takes part knowing that a risk of injury exists in any contact sport.
A participant or their parent or guardian should tell NG Academy about anything that affects how the participant takes part, including a medical condition, a recent injury, an allergy or medication that a coach may need to know about, so NG Academy can respond if something happens.
This section does not reduce any duty of care NG Academy has, and does not take away any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 7
NG Academy may take photographs or video at an activity, and may use them for club purposes such as a match report, a newsletter or a club page.
Where an image shows a participant in a way that identifies them, NG Academy asks before using it beyond the activity itself. A participant, or a parent or guardian of a participant under 18, can ask NG Academy to stop using an image at any time, and NG Academy will stop.
Tell NG Academy if you do not want a participant photographed or filmed at all, and NG Academy will record that and respect it.
Section 8
How personal information is collected, used, shared and protected is set out in the club's privacy policy, which forms part of these terms and is published alongside them on this website.
Section 9
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a right that applies to a person dealing with a business as a consumer.
To the extent the law allows, NG Academy is not responsible for a loss that is indirect or consequential, such as a loss of opportunity arising from an activity that had to be cancelled. What is refunded when an activity is cancelled is set out in the club's refund policy.
A participant is responsible for their own equipment and belongings brought to an activity.
Section 10
NG Academy may update these terms. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date it was last changed is shown on this page.
A change applies from the date it is published. A change does not alter a fee already agreed and paid for a period that has already started, unless the person it affects agrees to the change.
Section 11
Anything about these terms, a registration, a fee or a booking goes to NG Academy, using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
If you use the club's own website or email address for this, that is fine. It is the same club.
Contact
A question about these terms, a registration, a fee or a booking goes to NG Academy. A question about the platform itself goes to Pitch Uno.
